Join a rapidly growing SaaS company as the Head of Technical Consulting, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering technical solutions to clients across various sectors. In this senior management position, you will own the design, build, and seamless delivery of technical components, ensuring solutions are implemented smoothly and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Consult with clients on best practices for utilising the company’s platform, empowering them to manage their solutions effectively.
- Internal Support: Assist business consultants when they encounter challenges, providing technical guidance.
- Solution Implementation: Oversee the configuration, customisation (JavaScript, C#), data imports, API usage, and identity management for client solutions.
- Technical Problem Solving: Take charge of identifying and resolving complex technical issues across the entire stack, including DevOps.
- Feature Development: Manage the delivery of functional enhancements and updates, occasionally developing code for specific client needs.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing technical solutions team, currently consisting of five members, focusing on hiring, managing, and retention.
- Experience: 10+ years in a consulting environment with a strong background in technology leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in software design and development.
- Standards Governance: Ability to define and enforce engineering standards related to code quality, software design, and security.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain testing protocols, including unit, integration, load, and penetration testing.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A commitment to prioritizing customer needs in all aspects of work.
- Commercial Acumen: A pragmatic approach to decision-making, with an understanding of business dynamics.
