The Role:
As a Tech Lead, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance applications. From architecture and risk management to process optimization and mentorship, your leadership will directly impact the success of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership - Own the design and implementation of core systems, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient.
Project Delivery - Lead the team to deliver high-quality software on time, balancing speed, scope, and technical excellence.
Risk Management - Identify and mitigate technical risks, from system performance to data security. Team Growth & Mentorship - Support, mentor, and develop engineers, helping them grow their careers.
Collaboration & Strategy - Work closely with Product Owners to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Continuous Improvement - Drive best practices in Agile development, DevOps, and CI/CD to enhance team efficiency.
What You Bring:
Strong .NET Expertise - Proven experience in C# and .NET frameworks.
Cloud & DevOps Knowledge - Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and CI/CD tools like GitLab.
Database Skills - Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Architecture & Microservices - Hands-on experience designing and implementing microservices-based applications.
Leadership & Communication - Ability to guide teams, make strategic decisions, and influence stakeholders.
