Role Overview:
We are looking for a technically skilled problem solver who enjoys resolving issues and delivering exceptional customer support. This customer-facing role involves supporting users through our ticketing system, live chat, and other channels. You'll troubleshoot platform-related issues, liaise with third-party tech providers, and ensure customers receive a top-tier experience, even in challenging situations.
As part of the Operations Team, as Technical Operations Specialist youll become familiar with trading platforms and internal policies. Training will be provided, but a keen interest in online Forex trading will be an advantage as you'll support customers' simulated trading accounts and resolve platform-related issues.
Your Profile:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Active interest in technology and a solid understanding of common computing issues
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience in customer service, ideally using ticketing systems
- Interest or basic knowledge of Forex trading is desirable (training provided)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a passion for providing high-quality service
Technical Operations Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via Live Chat, Tickets, Discord, Emails, and CRM
- Identify, investigate, and resolve service interruptions proactively
- Communicate clearly with customers and offer effective solutions
- Act as the liaison between the customer and the team
- Escalate complex issues to team members or third parties as needed
- Offer account support, including adjustments to simulated balances during service disruptions
- Update customer records, financial data, and other information in databases
Logistics & Remote Working Requirements:
- Company-provided equipment (Laptop/PC) or BYOD option
- Stable internet connection (at least 30 Mbps) for meetings/voice calls
- A private and quiet workspace
Technical Operations Specialist Skills Required:
- Mandatory: Strong communication, customer-focused, team player, attention to detail, analytical skills, fast learner, problem-solver, able to multitask and prioritize
- Desirable: Knowledge or experience in Forex trading, strong typing skills
