Due to location of the company, own transport is essential for this role.

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable professional to join their dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This role is essential for ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Chasing outstanding invoices through effective communication, both via phone and email.
  • Managing customer accounts with a focus on resolution and follow-up.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to streamline the collections process.
  • Providing accurate account information and updates to the Financial Controller.
  • Maintaining organised records of customer interactions and transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess some accounts knowledge, coupled with strong administrative skills, allowing them to quickly adapt to the specific requirements of the role. They will be comfortable dealing directly with customers and demonstrating excellent communication skills.

This position is a temporary opportunity expected to last approximately 5-6 weeks.
