Manufacturing Technician required for permanent shift-based positions at long-established, manufacturer based near Manningtree. Working as part of a committed, close-knit team the successful candidate will be welcomed into this pleasant, friendly environment and given the opportunity to train on the complex plant, eventually learning to run it independently.
Applicants must have previous experience of setting and operating production machinery. A combination of hands-on experience, knowledge of production processes, mechanical aptitude, H&S awareness and along with a diligent, responsible attitude and the ability to self-manage.
The shifts will be Monday to Friday (3 shift rotating pattern). Average 36 hours per week.
Starting salary is 31,103 per annum (Includes shift allowance), increasing after 6-month probation. Benefits include 25 days holiday (plus BH), pension and life insurance.
