Our client a well-established law firm specialising in conveyancing and property law are seeking a Conveyancing Legal Secretary with Reception Duties based in Manningtree.

 You will play a crucial role in supporting their conveyancing team and ensuring the smooth operation of their reception area. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conveyancing Support:

    • Preparing and managing legal documents related to property transactions.
    • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
    • Assisting with the completion of property searches and other administrative tasks.
  • Reception Duties:

    • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries.
    • Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
    • Scheduling appointments and managing the firm’s calendar.

Requirements:
