Our client a well-established law firm specialising in conveyancing and property law are seeking a Conveyancing Legal Secretary with Reception Duties based in Manningtree.
 You will play a crucial role in supporting their conveyancing team and ensuring the smooth operation of their reception area. Your responsibilities will include:

Conveyancing Support:
- Preparing and managing legal documents related to property transactions.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
- Assisting with the completion of property searches and other administrative tasks.

Reception Duties:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the firm’s calendar.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary, preferably in conveyancing.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
