Job Title: Operations Support Administrator
Location: Manningtree
Pay: 12ph + Holiday, Pension & Adecco Benefits
Contract Details: Temporary 6-8 weeks | Full Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Our client, a privately owned company based in Manningtree is now hiring for a temporary Operations Support Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.
- Administer governance systems, ensuring compliance with all processes.
- Collate and update data from weekly/monthly reports and audits.
- Prepare purchase and work orders, coordinate with Engineers and Suppliers.
- Review and manage open work orders, ensuring timely closure.
- Maintain records for calibrated machines across locations.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound calls, ensuring effective communication.
- Organise courier bookings nationally and internationally.
- Promote quality management and comply with Health & Safety policies.
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in database management, Word, and Excel.
- Adaptability to learn in-house IT systems.
- Organised with exceptional time management skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working without supervision.
