Site Manager
This Site Manager role is a great opportunity to make an impression with a reputable firm.
You will be working with an experienced Senior Site Manager and learning the processes within the company to help build the project. The project is a large 38m industrial scheme based in Manningtree.
Responsibilities for Site Manager
- Coordinate and oversee aspects of the project from demolition to completion.
- Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
Requirements for Site Manager
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at Work
- Relevant experience
The firm hiring are a highly reputable outfit with a large order book for 2024/25. They are a main contractor who work nationwide but HQ is in London.
