Joinery Estimator – My Client is looking to recruit a Joinery Estimator. As a Joinery Estimator you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team. The Client is now looking to expand their pre-construction department by recruiting an experienced Joinery Estimator based in their Nottinghamshire office, helping with costing and providing quotes on exciting new projects, and as part of the tendering process to win new business. As a well-respected joinery and shopfitting service provider, this company offers the opportunity to work on some very exciting, bespoke projects, tailored to each client. You can expect to collaborate with some high-profile organisations , providing work-winning cost analysis and quotes. Duties - Work closely with Bid/Pre-Construction team - Delivering cost analysis for sales enquiries and/or tender submissions - Liaise with suppliers and contractors regarding cost of materials and labour - Tendering for interior and fit out projects - Prepare details cost estimates.
Must be experienced in Shopfitting Joinery Estimating.
Needs to be able to quote joinery from first principles
Project values from 5k to 1.5 million on joinery.
And up to 3 million on turnkey full interior fit out projects. Â
Commercial Offices, bars/restaurants, Museums, retail background.
