Currently we are working with a local provider of social housing and support to the community in North Nottinghamshire.

We are seeking an experienced Support Professional for a fulfulling role in a supportive team. The position isfull time working in their Youth Support team. The hours of work will include some weekend and evening shifts.

Duties of the role will include:
- Acting as central point of contact for administrating and delivering professional housing management service to tenants, and external stakeholders
- Working with young people and providing support on a range of subjects including, housing, education and employment
- Helping residents in their move towards independent living
- Supporting with applications for housing to local authorities and exploring private sector accommodation options.
- Working with range of clients including refugees, ex-offenders, those with multiple and complex needs, vulnerable adults, and young people
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of residents within all the accommodation
- Developing external support networks for the benefit of the Association and its residents
- Signposting residents to appropriate internal and external support provisions
