Role ResponsibilitiesAudit Strategy & Leadership
  • Oversee and develop the firm’s audit function, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices
  • Act as a Responsible Individual (RI), leading and signing off audit reports
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, with a focus on SMEs and owner-managed businesses
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing audit team, ensuring technical excellence and staff development
Business Growth & Development
  • Work alongside the board and senior leadership team to shape the firm’s long-term audit strategy
  • Identify and implement efficiencies and process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Play a key role in business development, identifying growth opportunities and expanding the audit client base
  • Strengthen client relationships by providing value-driven audit solutions and advisory services
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
  • Ensure all audits are conducted in line with ACCA regulations and UK audit standards
  • Keep up to date with changes in audit legislation and emerging trends, ensuring compliance and innovation
  • Maintain the firm’s high standards of audit quality and risk management
