Join this dynamic team in Mansfield, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting Paraplanners and Financial Planners in delivering outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process client review packs, portfolio reports, and financial planning documents.
  • Handle new business applications, client instructions, and track transactions through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate client records, proactively reviewing accounts to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with product providers and central teams to secure client information and manage submissions.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with data management, compliance, and regulatory requirements to ensure adherence to company standards.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven administrative experience in a financial services environment (Minimum 1 year).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of Investment Wrap Platforms and Intelligent Office systems.
  • Background in a small to medium-sized financial services setting, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
