Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a Manufacturing Business, based in Mansfield, who are looking to recruit a Part Time Administrator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be detail-oriented, and ensure that administrative support to the company is delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities for the Administrative assistant:

  • Taking initial enquiries from customers, providing quotations and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Inputting invoices and payments
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff, and coordinating events and conferences.
  • Providing administrative support to team members and departments.

Key Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced Manufacturing environment
  • Excellent Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
