We’re looking for a Clinical Lead to join our clients fantastic team in a lovely, well-established care home in the Mansfield area. The home is part of a reputable and supportive company that truly values its staff and residents.
The Role:
Supporting the Home Manager with clinical leadership and ensuring high standards of care.
Leading and mentoring a dedicated nursing team.
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
Providing exceptional, person-centred care to residents.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Senior Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
Clinical Lead experience is desirable, but strong senior nursing experience will also be considered.
A valid NMC pin.
Passion for delivering high-quality care and strong leadership skills.
No sponsorship is available for this role.
Ability to commute easily to the Mansfield area.
