Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: Mansfield, Nottingham

Salary: £25,500

Type: Full-Time, Office-Based

We are excited to partner with a large retail business based in Nottinghamshire, who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team in the New Year.

You will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, matching them with purchase orders and goods received notes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Processing high volume of invoices
  • Resolve any queries, by email and phone
  • Manage and maintain existing suppliers accounts
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Process staff expenses claims
  • Scanning and filing, any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in Accounts Payable
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen attention to detail, high level of accuracy
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Confident and driven
