Team Administrator - Temporary 4 months possible perm

We are looking for an experienced administrator / secretary to support the planning and delivery within our client's team to assure their customers, stakeholders, executive and board that they can effectively prepare, respond and recover to incidents as they occur.
The role of team administrator / secretary will involve supporting the project delivery team with:
- Coordinating diaries - arranging meetings, rooms and team events
- Logging information onto the system
- Monitor and manage the department Microsoft Outlook mailbox
- Provide customer care and support to external and internal parties
- Producing purchase orders and matching invoices for payment and uploading to the finance/payment system.
- Maintain record logs of orders raised, and payments made
- Manage and arrange the team's training and keep an accurate record
- Minute taking and copy typing of information
- Create and manage tasks in Microsoft Teams Task and Planner
- Uploading documents, electronic filing and general administration
The ideal candidate for the role of team administrator / secretary:
- Must have previous administration or secretarial experience
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels within a professional manner
- Good use of MS Office Word, Excel Teams
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
- Must be available on a temporary basis
