Customer Service Team Leader

12 Month Fixed Term

Full Time, Monday-Friday , Office Based

£26,000 - £28,000 dependant on experience

SF Recruitment are looking for a natural leader for our client to support and manage their customer service team, this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to progress or experience a new opportunity in leadership and motivating fellow colleagues. 

Duties:

  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Lead the team in providing exceptional support to our savings customers and collaborating with other savings teams.
  • Inspire and Motivate: Create an engaging team environment where open communication and mutual respect are encouraged.
  • Drive Excellence: Help the team meet and exceed customer expectations while adapting to industry changes.
  • Champion Development: Conduct monthly 1:1s, identify training needs, and develop tailored training plans.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Branch Team Leaders to create a united team.
  • Manage Performance: Track team metrics, identify risks, and proactively present solutions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain high standards by ensuring all regulatory obligations are met.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team is necessary however we would like to speak to candidates at the start of their leadership career too, any experience supervising and leading colleagues
  • Knack for inspiring and motivating others
  • Passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Flexibility to work across multiple savings projects and areas
