£17 per hour + Van and Fuel Card
Are you a Multi Trade looking for work in Property? We are looking for Multi Trade Operatives, preferably with a Carpentry/Joinery bias to join a team of trades undertaking works in Social Housing works across North Nottinghamshire
This is a great opportunity which provides weekly pay, a great team, van, uniform and excellent colleagues amongst other benefits.
Duties of the Multi Skilled Joiner may include:
- Undertaking a wide range of Joinery duties within residential properties
- Dealing with tenants and customer queries
- Responding to emergency repairs
- Travelling across the North Nottinghamshire region
- Driving company vehicle to undertake planned and responsive Joinery works, but potentially Tiling, Painting, Decorating, Plumbing or Plastering alongside - depending on your skillset
To succeed in the Multi Skilled Joiner role you will have:
- Previous experience in domestic works
- A qualification in Carpentry/Joinery OR equivalent experience
- A driving licence which allows you to drive a van in the UK
