Work Experiences/Knowledge:* A good understanding of all Health & Safety systems and practices, i.e., COSHH, Abrasive Wheel, Manual Handling, etc.* An understanding of plastic injection mould process, tooling, and valve gate hot runner systems.* Knowledge of all Toolroom machinery and its capabilities, both conventional and CNC.* Ability to spark erode.* Computer literate.* Good understanding of the Toolroom's role within the company.Personal Qualities/Competencies:* Flexibility and reliability are pre-requisites for this role.* A positive 'can do' attitude.* Ability to 'think out of the box' and propose new ideas where applicable.* Ability to work to verbal and written instructions.* Ability to work individually or within a team.Benefits* Pension* Annual bonus scheme* Gym membership if you live locally, cash contribution if you don't* Cycle to work scheme
