Salary c.£24’400 based on 37.5hrs per week + overtime + benefits & perks

Candidate:
- Must have worked in a commercial kitchen as a Commis Chef or Chef De Partie or Demi Chef De Partie
- Must be able to drive given unit location
- Level 2 Food Safety / Food Hygiene certification
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
- Adaptable, flexible, reliable and presentable
- Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
- Might have worked in a fast-paced kitchen environment or on a catering truck (burger van)
- Can produce high volume foods at speed
- Understanding quality control and station management
- Passion for food and menu development
- Previous history of supporting junior peers such as General Assistant, Kitchen Steward, Catering Assistant, Food Service Assistant etc
- Would suit someone working in a busy restaurant or hotel who might be looking for better work life balance
- Opportunity for CDP or Sous Chef
