Location:

Shirebrook, Mansfield, NG20

Rota:

Start no earlier than 06:00

Finish no later than 20:00

37.5 hours per week

5 out of 7 days per week

Salary c.£24’400 - 26'500 based on 37.5hrs per week + overtime + benefits & perks

Candidate:

• Must have worked in a commercial kitchen as a Commis Chef or Chef De Partie or Demi Chef De Partie
• Must be able to drive given unit location
• Level 2 Food Safety / Food Hygiene certification
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
• Adaptable, flexible, reliable and presentable
• Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
• Might have worked in a fast-paced kitchen environment or on a catering truck (burger van)
• Can produce high volume foods at speed
• Understanding quality control and station management
• Passion for food and menu development
• Previous history of supporting junior peers such as General Assistant, Kitchen Steward, Catering Assistant, Food Service Assistant etc
• Would suit someone working in a busy restaurant or hotel who might be looking for better work life balance
• Opportunity for CDP or Sous Chef
