We are recruiting for a Account Manager responsible for service delivery for a multi-channel Marketing agency managing some of the most desirable retail brands in the UK.

Within this role you will act as a pivotal point of contact for some of the UK's leading health and beauty brands.

The of Account Manager will be responsible for the delivery of campaigns from brief to completion as well as:

  • Taking detailed briefs in relation to new product launches from clients
  • Providing quotations, managing SLA and budgets
  • Briefing creative teams and designers
  • Responsible for managing the fulfilment and distribution of products
  • Providing outstanding customer service, updating, and dealing with client's queries, regular teams meetings
  • Liaising stakeholders 3rd parties including warehousing and logistics.
  • Updating CRM systems
  • Managing multiple projects to tight timescales

The ideal candidate for the Account Manager will have:

  • Worked within a fast-paced service delivery environment
  • Customer service experience within a B2B environment
  • Experience with Retail, Logistics or Distribution would be advantageous
  • The ability to pick up systems that are new to you with great attention to detail
  • An interest in health and beauty and brand launches would be advantageous
