In this Lead Marketing Manager - Retail you will coordinate the multichannel marketing campaigns for the brand and its partners, leveraging expertise to determine how brands are represented across various touchpoints.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Director to be involved in Trade and online marketing plans.

The responsibilities for this Lead Marketing Manager - Retail role is to -

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy and objectives for retailer & brand to drive both brand growth and commercial success for both parties.
  • Manage the seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring all channel teams are equipped with assets, information, and guidelines to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Propose & collaborate innovative ideas to create engaging campaigns including contributing to campaign briefs.
  • Lead all social, trade, retail and digital marketing campaigns & budgets.
  • Act as the liaison between Marketing and Commercial teams by attending key appointments with strategic brand partners.
  • Work cross-functionally including Commercial, Content Creation, PR/Talent, and E-Commerce, to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to evaluate and report on campaign performance.

The requirements of this Lead Marketing Manager - Retail position -

  • Ideally having 3-5 years' + experience within the retail, sports, entertainment, music or hospitality space
  • You must be operating at a manager, senior or lead level.
  • Ideally you would work for a retailer looking after multiple brands or a brand where you are managing multiple different categories and brand partners.
  • End to end campaign marketing experience
  • Exceptional stakeholder experience where you have prioritise your brand and business alongside the longevity of the brand partnerships.
  • Can lead a small team of coordinators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of both online and offline marketing strategies.
