The Role

As a New Business Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding the company's membership base. You will focus on fostering strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of service to meet client needs.

You'll be joining an exciting team of professional who're big on positive team culture, and to top it all off, the office has a pool table and darts board!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive membership growth.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Actively participate in team discussions and meetings.
  • Grow the client base through networking and social media engagement.
  • Negotiate and close sales, addressing objections effectively.
  • Keep the CRM system up-to-date with client information and activities.
  • Track and report key performance indicators monthly.
  • Assist members with inquiries and claims.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales calls and working towards targets.
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
