Site Manager - Structural Steel - UK Wide

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in structural steel. This role involves UK-wide travel and requires at least 5 year's experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main client contact, attending and managing meetings throughout the contract period.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Produce contract programmes, construction plans, and health and safety documentation.
  • Manage subcontractors and internal teams handling design and drawing processes.
  • Oversee variations and advise clients on cost and programme impacts.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Liaise with main contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth delivery.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 year's construction experience; structural steel experience essential.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication and erection/site processes.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
