At our Mansfield site we currently have an opportunity for a QHSE Administrator - responsible for performing administrative tasks to assist the QHSE team in maintaining the QHSE policies and procedures, and in the ongoing maintenance and development of the management systems


H&S Tasks and Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • To undertake site monitoring of safe working, behavioral safety, GEMBA, hazards and unsafe observations.
  • To promote the reporting of unsafe acts and conditions, near miss and injuries.
  • Provide administrative support to the QHSE team where required.
  • To liaise with external training providers in order to arrange required training.
  • To conduct compliance audits on equipment e.g. fire extinguishers, first aid kits, emergency lighting and flushing.

Quality Tasks and Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • To support the team to improve quality, decrease customer and consumer concerns.
  • To arrange calibration of equipment with calibration suppliers.
  • Ensure visual assessment, measurement and functional testing of products are carried out in line with standard procedures.


Experience Required:

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within a similar environment (manufacturing, production, distribution, engineering)
  • Confident knowledge of H&S requirements within a manufacturing environment
  • High attention to detail and observations skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 5 GCSES (Including Maths and English) or equivalent
