We are looking for an experienced programme support administrator to work for our fantastic public sector client based in Mansfield. They offer a great working environment and the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week.

The role of Programme Support Administrator to involve:

  • Assist the team in the delivery and management of a specific programme
  • Assist with the reporting at project and programme level, including collation of information to report internally and to external partners
  • Maintain effective and efficient systems to record project administration
  • Support the Programme and Project Managers through all stages of project delivery
  • Assist with the compilation of information to ensure compliance with the CA business protocol and Project Management Methodology
  • Helping to manage a programme of varied projects including technical studies, site inspections and surveys, feasibility and design work, etc.
  • Helping to manage and deliver a multi-million pound annual programme
  • Collation of project data such as mining plans, LiDAR mapping, services searches, magic website searches etc.
  • Undertaking first approvals on invoices and collating information required for further Programme Manager Approval.

The ideal candidate for the role of programme support administrator will have experience of:

  • Working in a project support role or working with large projects or programmes
  • Experience of document management and systems
  • Working knowledge of Project management processes
  • Working experience of MS Office products
  • Strong administrative skills and experience
  • Sound analytical and reporting skills
  • Good planning and organisation with excellent communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and use initiative
