Customer Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Escalate queries to other members of the team when necessary. Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Communicate with customers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their claims. Skills Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software. Be empathetic and have a patient demeanor. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
