Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Specialist SEN Provision in Mansfield

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant in this specialist setting, your primary role will be to support children with a range of additional needs. You'll assist the class teacher in delivering personalised learning and provide care and support to students to ensure they can access their lessons effectively. This is a full-time, long-term role with hours from 8:15am - 3:15pm, Monday to Friday. The school offers flexibility, so part-time opportunities may be available for the right candidate.

Key Requirements:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential for this position.
• While experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred, we also welcome candidates from a care background.
• A passion for working with children with SEN and the ability to provide high-quality support in a nurturing environment.

Pay and Benefits:

• £90 - £110 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
