Electrical Design Technician

Do you have an Electrical/Electronic background with a good understanding of control systems and looking to join a rapidly growing company who will support you with becoming a technical expert in your field?

This well-established company are leaders within their field and due to a period of expansion, are now looking to add to their team. This company invest in their staff and will train the successful candidate in their industry to develop their skillset.
The day to day of this role includes testing and fault finding on new and existing products to aid with continuous improvement. This role will also include the design and programming of control systems. Office-based in Mansfield, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong Electrical/Electronic background and be knowledgeable about control systems. Having relevant qualifications would be advantageous. Coming from a transferrable industry, such as lighting, would also be beneficial.
The Role:
- Testing and fault finding on new and existing products for continuous improvement
- Programming and designing control systems
- Office based in Mansfield
- Monday to Thursday 8:30-5pm, 4pm finish on Fridays
The Person:
- Strong Electrical/Electronic background
- Preferred relevant qualifications
- Relevant industry experience (lighting/electronics) advantageous
- IPAF qualification beneficial
