Salary: 44,287.00 per annum

Contract Details: Full time, permanent position

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for manufacturing and site operationsPerform preventive and corrective electrical and maintenance tasksEnsure safety compliance and adherence to proceduresIdentify and implement line and process improvementsParticipate in maintenance and improvement of plant equipmentContribute to training line staff and apprenticesProduce wiring diagrams and perform PLC programmingRespond quickly to electrical issues and minimise downtimeSupport technical projects when requiredConduct annual performance reviews

Key result areas:

Maintain high line efficiency through quick response to electrical problemsMeet quality standards and reduce non-quality costsEnsure compliance with safety regulationsMaintain well-maintained and clean work areas

Candidate Requirements:

Technical electrical engineering qualificationMinimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environmentKnowledge of safety, hygiene, and quality proceduresProficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and wiring diagramsStrong understanding of manufacturing principles and importance of proceduresFamiliarity with EHS, HACCP, and Food Safety regulations

Working Pattern:

- 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (Days 06:00-14:00, Afternoons 14:00-22:00, Nights 22:00-06:00) from Monday to Friday

- Seasonal hours policy: 5 days per week during peak season, 4 days per week off-peak season (Friday off), with no impact on pay
