Senior IFA Admin/Trainee Manager

This Senior IFA Admin role is best suited for IFA administrators with at least 3 years of experience looking to take the next step in their career. Whilst initially you will be providing IFA administration support, there is a clear pathway to progressing to a Managerial position. The business will support you with getting your Level 4 qualifications and after your initial training period, you will be in a prime position to move into a manager position in the business.

This position is based in their office in Mansfield.

The Role

Initially, there will be a focus on providing you with the training required so that you can take on the management role with confidence. In addition, the day-to-day duties will include managing the administration team and providing support where necessary. You will be responsible for distributing and overseeing day-to-day administration workflow, co-ordinating with the Project Management team, preparation and collation of regulatory returns, and utilising all back-office functions with the aim of providing excellent client service.

You will also be assisting the HR team with recruitment, inductions, training plans, providing feedback where required, and developing and implementing processes and procedures so that the company remains complaint with all regulatory requirements.
