The position is responsible for all aspects of management reporting across the Operations.
The Operations Finance team is a cornerstone of the overall Group Finance Function, and a critical business partner to the SLT. Here are some details on the role.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE DO:
- Strategic business partner to Head of Ops
- Identify and analyse risks and opportunities to achieve annual business unit targets
- Conduct financial appraisals and corresponding cost tracking of strategic initiatives
- Lead, manage & support a team of management accountants within Manufacturing
- Develop a strong understanding of all areas of Operations – becoming a “go-to” person for both the operational team and members of finance - support within individual areas of manufacturing as required
- Support and review throughout all areas of the accounting process for manufacturing
- Deliver Month end reporting, Annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Analyse the performance for both internal and external stakeholders
