Are you passionate about sales and customer service? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships and providing exceptional support? We're looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join a leading business who are a market leader in their sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Handle inbound inquiries and proactively identify customer needs, converting leads into sales.
  • Sales Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, liaise with other departments, and keep clients updated on delivery schedules.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with external sales teams, prepare reports and quotations, and provide product information.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints swiftly and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with our product range and provide accurate technical information.
  • Sales Growth: Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to sales targets and campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in electronics, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical components (training provided).
  • Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
