- Home and remote - Midlands and North region
- Full training and development provided
- Tracking qualification and training processes and completion across team members.
- Mentoring and supporting team members during the qualification process.
- Completing documentation, recording data and success rates across the team.
- Face-to-face support and coaching work with teams across a number of sites and locations.
- Working in conjunction with an external qualifications verifier and governing body.
- Qualifications – an existing qualification at Level 5 or above.
- Leadership – personal experience of leading a team in your career.
- Prior experience working within a related environment e.g. learning and development, training, coaching, assessing, education, teaching, care services.
- Flexibility to commit to weekly travel and occasional overnight stays away.
- Good written skills and an organised and structured approach to work.
- A genuine interest in developing a career as a QA.
