Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Site Lead Teacher to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and inspire learners by providing a personalised and holistic approach to education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and tailored individual and small-group lessons across a broad and balanced curriculum.
- Oversee the progress and development of learners as the lead teacher at an assigned site.
- Create and implement schemes of work and lesson plans tailored to individual learner needs.
- Collaborate with multi-agency teams to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive educational experience.
- Ensure safeguarding and health and safety procedures are strictly followed.
- Monitor and assess learner progress, completing reports and contributing to education, health, and care plans.
- Advocate for young people and their families, promoting involvement in educational decision-making.
