At our Mansfield site we currently have multiple opportunities within our production team.
- Carry out daily TPM checks on machinery and to report any discrepancies to the Shift Manager/Technician.
- Fix any known faults/alarms that occur across the machines within capabilities
- Cleaning of mould and ensuring correct equipment is used
- To ensure the product being packed meets the required specification
- To check that each label is the correct one for the product being packed. To ensure that the date and correct product code is clearly marked on each label.
- To ensure that housekeeping is of the highest standard at all times.
- To carry out all duties in accordance with health and safety practice.
Shifts Available:
Monday to Friday (3 SHIFT ROTATION)
1st week 6.00am 2.00pm
2nd week 2.00pm 10.00pm
3rd week 10.00pm 6.00am
**OR**
4 on 4 off (over 7 day Rota)
4 x 12 hour days (6.00AM START)
4 x day break
4 x 12 hour nights (6.00PM START)
Experience Required:
- Previous experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Previous experience of operating machinery/basic fault fixing would be highly advantageous
- Awareness of H&S requirements within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communicate skills
