Graduate Teaching Assistant responsibilities and duties

You will be required to support pupils with SEN and /or additional learning needs with all aspects of teaching and learning. These pupils may also be behaviourally challenging.

To be considered for the Graduate Teaching assistant role you should have:

• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.
• A degree and/or experience of working as a teaching assistant
• Ideally, you will have experience with SEND and/or challenging behaviour.
