Ceptre are supporting a great client in Mansfield with the development of their HR department.
The team are looking for a passionate Senior HR professional to offer Employee Relation specific support, alongside the day to day HR requirements of the business.
This role requires someone who has line management experience and can hit the ground running, leading by example for the HR Advisor and HR assistant.
Working in a fluid team, this opportunity allows for development and a hands on approach. Growing with a successful business and delivering on HR responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- You will be the point of contact for all line managers for employee relations matters including absence monitoring, disciplinary and grievances.
- Lead and coordinateHR projects.
- Experience in improving processes.
- Understand safer recruitment practices.
- Some experience with Ofsted regulations
