Candidates must have previous experience or transferable skills, as training will be provided in-house.
The position offers a pay rate of £12.11 per hour, with time and a half for hours worked over 40 in a week.

The Best Connectionare currently seekingAssembly Operativesfor our client in Mansfield who are one of the worldwide market leaders of their products in the Military/Civil Aerospace Industry!

Role & responsibilities:

Assembling aerospace products and parts from drawings. You will be in a role that requires you to assemble intricate parts, feeding wires into connectors
Following listed instructions/measurements carefully
Working in a seated, designated area to complete orders and follow targets
Usage of magnification and specialised tools to complete orders

Working hours:

Monday - Friday, 0730 -1600 (30 min unpaid break daily)
Once trained, you may have the option to condense your hours down, for example, to enable an earlyfinish on a Friday

Pay rate:

£12.11 per hour
Time and a half paid after 40 hoursworked

Previous experience required, or transferable skills to the role training will be given in their own training school, you must have the following attributes to bring to the role...

Good attention & eye todetail
Have excellent communication skills
Must be able to work well under pressure /have a great attitude and work ethic
Great level of English reading

You will be required to attend your 1st interview in TBC Mansfield branch, where you shall complete a bespoke application form.
