Our client are seeking a senior solicitor to take over the role of head of family law and to continue to build the work and the team. The ideal candidate will have experience of setting and realising departmental targets, managing a team and planning strategically for growth in alignment with the business goals of the company. You will manage the department on a day to day basis,  be responsible for marketing, networking and profitability. In addition to managerial aspects you will also be an expert family solicitor with particular experience in high value divorce work and all associated issues.This team have a number of offices across Lincolnshire and this role can be based in any. There will be some flexible and home working but some attendance in the office will be required.
