Title: Temporary Repairs Administrator

Location: Mansfield

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Office-Based)

I am currently working for a client to recruit an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Repairs Administrator in Mansfield. This role is crucial to ensuring their repair operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule repair appointments.
  • Liaise with repair technicians and clients to manage work orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair activities.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails related to repair requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the repairs team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
