Macildowie are excited to be working with a leading luxury and premium retail brand, who are on the lookout for a talented CRM Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving customer engagement, retention, and overall customer value across email and mobile app push communications.

Reporting directly to the CRM Manager, you'll have a pivotal role in supporting the strategy for both the Premium and Luxury websites, delivering data-driven CRM initiatives that make a real impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the CRM Calendar: Lead the planning and execution of email and mobile app push communications, working closely with wider teams to align with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Manage the briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of email and mobile app notifications, as well as automated lifecycle campaigns.
  • Optimise CRM Communications: Continuously implement test-and-learn strategies to enhance performance across all channels.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver insightful weekly and monthly reports, analyzing email and app notification performance, and providing feedback to the business.
  • Engage and Grow the Customer Database: Target key customer segments and increase database engagement, ultimately driving customer value.
  • Liaise with Email Service Providers: Build and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure optimal platform utilization.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with industry insights, email marketing best practices, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

What we're looking for:

  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • A numerate, analytical thinker who can easily interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • A results-driven individual who is passionate about improving customer experiences through CRM strategies.
  • Strong experience with email marketing, mobile push notifications, and CRM platforms.
  • Proven segmentation and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in the retail sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and initiatives effectively.
