Twenty2 Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an Industrial Cleaning/Restoration Team Leader for a Mansfield based business in the NG18 area.
This role will primarily be to lead a team of staff to help provide efficient and effective cleaning and restoration of damaged household items.
Salary: £27k
Monday-Friday
8am-5pm
Duties -
Coordinate and supervise the work of the contents cleaning team, out on site, in customers homes.
To ensure that all required resources are taken on each job as required to complete the jobs effectively and efficiently.
To effectively triage contents that have been affected.
Develop Action Plans for all jobs to clearly detail what work is required on site and how the work should be planned, including staff and hours required.
Manage and provide efficient and effective cleaning to contents on site, that have been affected by water and smoke.
Complete on-site final checks.
To lead by example and ensure that all work is carried out with the customers in mind by treating all customers homes and contents with respect and consideration.
To liaise with customers and trades on-site.
Ensure correct PPE is being always used.
Knowledge/Experience
Good understanding of hygiene standards and cleaning methods
Knowledge and experience of leadership/supervisory techniques
Excellent cleaning and hygiene techniques
Customer interaction and empathy skills
Must be able to communicate well both written and verbally
IT experience and ability to use mobile data systems and upload onto the business framework as required
Good organisational skills
