Your new companyReporting into the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the operational team and full reception services to visitors. Your new roleYou will provide admin support to the estates team and your duties will include:Raise Orders Raise PPMIssue paperworkSchedule and plan contractorsAsset and PPM amendmentsIssue notificationsEnsure all orders are raised in line with company policyCommunicate with the maintenance teamYou will also keep databases up to date and spreadsheets, monitor reception email inbox and process requests.Liaise with subcontractorsGeneral admin tasks - filing, scanning, answer calls, archivingProvide admin cover to the wider admin them during busy periodsWhat you'll need to succeedYou will have worked in a similar admin role and be able to deliver results.Excellent IT skills - Office 365 ideal but not essentialAble to work flexiblyHigh standard of customer care skills What you'll get in returnThis is a temporary role with an immediate start.
