Glass ceilings. They're no one's fault. You sometimes just outgrow your business. And that's where you are now. Great at your job. Capable. Ambitious. The next step for you is leadership but the only option you have where you are is to wait. And wait. And wait.Or you could read this advert. Because at this firm you'll join as a senior administrator but a leader you will become. And that's because the current manager is starting to reduce their hours ahead of retirement. So as they relinquish responsibilities you'll be the one picking them up. This makes it the best kind of succession planning - medium to long term mentoring and nurturing. You'll take on extra work as you're ready for it.In terms of wider support this IFA firm has Chartered status and holds the Gold Investors In People accreditation. They also have a track record of developing their staff (we know this because we've worked with them before). Your future is in safe hands. As for the here and now you'll join as a senior administrator on c£30,000. There's a company bonus scheme and great benefits (such as flexi-time). And as your responsibilities/status grows so will your pay packet. Here are the benefits:
  • Flexitime
  • Permanent health insurance
  • Health & Wellbeing programme
  • Income protection provision
  • Life insurance provision
  • Highly competitive company pension
  • Employee discounts
  • Flexitime
  • Free flu jabs
  • Sick pay
  • Store discounts
  • Funding of professional exams
Job wise you'll start by supporting three financial planners. You'll prepare meeting packs and process new business. And you'll deal with clients and product providers. As you develop you'll spend an increased amount of time doing 1-1s. Training & coaching. Managing workflow. All the enjoyable stuff that comes with leading others.  HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:You'll need 3 years plus experience as an administrator in a financial planning firm. IFA experience is great but it's not a must have.IO experience is again ideal but not a pre-requisite. You don't need managerial experience (although that is welcome). But you might have trained new starters or been a mentor etc.The office is in Mansfield (free parking on site).    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ready to break through that glass ceiling?
