Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Repairs Administrator to assist with the management of repair requests and administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process repair requests and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and contractors.
  • Assist in scheduling repairs and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus but not essential.
