Project Planning Officer

12 month FTC

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Planning Officer to support their planning and delivery of their transformation programme, alongside involvement in strategic, regulatory and operational changes as needed by the business. They are a customer centric, financial services provider based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

Duties will include:

  • Accountable for successful delivery and embedding of programmes and projects
  • Preparation, maintenance and tracking of project plans including critical path and key delivery milestones
  • Set up, rollout and embedding of agreed project templates
  • Creation of end-to-end project management documentation
  • Advise on the alignment of portfolio capacity planning and required resources to successfully deliver the programmes/projects

The successful individual will possess:

  • Prince2 Foundation Certificate (or equivalent) in Project Management
  • Previous experience in planning and delivering projects
  • Previous experience on change/transformation projects
  • Financial services experience would be highly desirable

They are based in Mansfield and do offer a hybrid approach to the working week. Due to the nature of this role, there could be times full office presence is required, so you must be able to easily commute to Mansfield.
