As a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of class teachers.

• Gain invaluable experience within a variety of primary schools across Mansfield.
• Cover a range of temporary assignments.

To be successful in this Primary Cover Supervisor role, you should possess:

1. Experience in an educational setting - previous experience working with children in schools or similar settings is desirable.
2. A relevant qualification - a BA Hons Degree, Masters or teaching qualification in Education.
3. Classroom management skills - the ability to maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
4. Strong communication skills - effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.
5. Commitment to personal development - a proactive attitude towards training opportunities provided by Academics.
6. Safer recruitment - have or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate and undergo relevant right to work checks subject to DfE requirements.
