Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Estate Agency Valuer to join our client’s dynamic team in North Nottingham. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in their operations, providing accurate property valuations, offering expert advice to clients, and contributing to the overall success of the agency. This role is multifaceted and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Property Valuations: Utilise your expertise to accurately assess the value of residential properties in North Nottingham and surrounding areas. This includes conducting thorough market research, analysing comparable properties, and considering various factors influencing property value.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their property valuation requirements, understand their needs and expectations, and provide professional advice tailored to their specific situation. Maintain strong communication throughout the valuation process, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied with the service provided.
  • Prepare Valuation Reports: Prepare comprehensive valuation reports detailing your assessment, findings, and recommendations. Ensure reports are accurate, well-presented, and adhere to industry standards and regulations.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about local property market trends, developments, and regulatory changes affecting property valuation. Analyse market data to identify emerging opportunities and risks, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Business Development: Actively contribute to business development efforts by building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, and promoting services within the local community. Seek opportunities to expand the client base and strengthen the company’s market presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different departments, including sales, marketing, and property management, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to client service delivery. Collaborate effectively to achieve team goals and objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience working as an Estate Agency Valuer, with a track record of delivering high-quality valuations and exceptional client service.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of property valuation principles, methodologies, and techniques. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing property valuation in the UK.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data, assess property values accurately, and make informed recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Demonstrated proficiency in client consultation, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Professionalism: A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information with discretion, and uphold the reputation of the company.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in real estate, property valuation, or a related field are highly desirable but not essential. Full UK Driving License essential.
